Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original BlackBeiger packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and a copy of the packing slip is included.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then attach it firmly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand over your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
